Chinese New Year Dragon Cookies Recipe

(A)

  • 150 gm butter
  • 150 gm icing sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white

(B)

  • 300 gm corn flour (sieved)
  • 30 gm milk powder
  • 60 gm plain flour (sieved)
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence

(C)

150 gm corn flour (sieved)

 

Method

  1. Beat all ingredients (A) butter and icing sugar till creamy then add egg yolk one by one and egg white
  2. Then FOLD in ingredients (B).
  3. Fold in additional 150gm of corn flour (C)
  4. Put in oven, bake at 150 celcius for 15 mins
  5. Cool well before storage
