There are many Okara Recipes on the web you can make use after you milk out your soya bean milk.
I found a method which is a traditional Japanese Okara recipes.
- Okara (pulp from 500 gm of Soya bean)
- 2 tbsp of sea salt
- 3 tbsp of sesame oil
- Toast okara using wok for 10 – 15 mins
- Add 2 tbsp into Okara
- Add sesame oil
- Serve with salad, rice of snacks.
- Keep the remaining into fridge.
