Pork Broth Kuey Teow Soup Recipe

Pork Broth Soup

  • 2 handful pork bones (around 5-6 pork bones)
  • 2 carrots (slice)
  • handful of chinese celery (slice)
  • 4 big red onions (slice 4 parts)
  • 4 slices of ginger
  • 1 tbsp of black peppercorns
  • pepper
  • soy sauce
  • fish cakes (4 pieces slice each)
  • fish balls (around 10 fish balls)

Other ingredients for noodles

  • Kuey Teow
  • Yellow Noodles
  • Tauhu
  • Taugeh

Sauce for dipping pork bone meat

  • Soy sauce
  • chinese celery
  • onion
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • pepper
  • red chilli (diced)

Method

Wash pork bones make sure it’s clean and boil with 4 cups of water
Put all pork broth soup ingredients and boil for 2 hours
